In the beginning, I was really worried about this term (especially after seeing last terms marks >.>) and the workload that would be present with six courses…but so far, it’s been okay. The classes have been actually somewhat interesting too! Wonder how long that will last though :P
I so far really like all of my profs, and just their method of teaching and personalities make classes interesting. I still don’t like linear algebra (vectors and matrices…*brain explodes*) or SPCOM (speeches…*shivers*), but with the right profs, any course can be bearable and even somewhat interesting even though your brain isn’t able to compute it.
Unlike the drowsy and surreal feeling of last term, this time things seem more clear and real. After the results of last term, I think I have finally realized that it’s time to get my act together (or at least try to work harder and study more academically).
This might sound so cheesy, but a new term is a new beginning- a new chance to succeed, exceed, and enjoy life. Don’t want to let this golden chance slip away :P Don’t remember where I heard/saw it, but balance is truly the key to life :)
PS. I finally got to experience the most amazing-est feeling when class is let out early! :)
You actually did well in the fist term, although I am sure that you will do even better this term. I am glad to know that you are also enjoying the courses, which is very important. Best!
